Hello! I’m Apoorva, a Chennai-based writer and editor creating essays, poems, and reported pieces on food, politics, culture, history, and anthropology.
My work has been published in Vittles, Whetstone Journal, Kinfolk, Feminist Food Journal, and Eater London among others.
In 2020, along with Anna Sulan Masing, Holly Catford & JB Beroud, I co-founded CHEESE, the magazine of culture. The first issue was published in May 2021.
